Being strung out on opiates and unable to get them is no joke. If true...it wasn't a "choice" - people literally cannot get out of bed, get dressed, eat...stay off of the toilet.
Why would drug addicts go anywhere where the certainty of their next fix is not a sure thing?
It's not Rita Ora, she's usually not described that way and I doubt she ever has problems finding drugs.
Any thoughts as to why Zayn who I think is a talented singer , self medicated? Was he abused by Cowbell in order to be a superstar ?

Opiates also constipate by nature, so once they're gone it's release the Kraken! Immodium works on the same principle.
Dope sick however is usually, or at least used to be, heroin or morphine.

Opiates make the bowel muscles stop working so coming off them would cause them to restart and "clear the backlog"...

Yeah what hunter said, you're sweating but you're cold, you're shaking, you're hella constipated but also vomiting a ton. It's why heroin and opiates are arguably the biggest epidemic. The withdrawal is enough to make you wanna kill yourself and might as well go out OD'ing.
