Maybe if you don't want juries to see you are a racist and homophobe, don't say and text racist and homophobic things for the world to see. If a jury is allowed to see them, expect a full court press of press trying to distract. Multiple pregnancy announcements, new hair colors, a wedding, whatever it takes.
