Tom Cruise Sued For Spying
As much as I would like to see Tom Cruise forced to hand over $10M for spying, I don't really think there is much to the charges that back in 2001, Tom Cruise spied on his accuser Michael Davis Sapir. What this does allow though is the rehashing of the accusations that led us to this point in the first place. One of my favorite Tom Cruise stories. Back in 2001, Sapir is the man who said he had a sex tape of Tom Cruise having sex with another man. That sent Tom Cruise into a frenzy and he sued Sapir for $100M.
That suit was settled and the only part of the settlement agreement which was made public was that both sides agreed there was no sex tape of Tom and another guy engaged in sex.
Sapir says that during that suit, Tom along with Tom's lawyer and Anthony Pellicano (above) illegally recorded Sapir's phone calls. Now Pellicano is in jail for such crimes but Tom's lawyer says that they didn't use Pellicano on that case. This should still be fun to watch though.

LOL, didn't use him on *that* case. but all those OTHER cases, yeah sure.

Nice wording. They didn't use Pellicano on that case, they used some other wire-tapper.
If he's that freaked out, there must be something to the allegations. I predict this guy will be found dead somewhere soon.
I believe the plaintiff. Isn't Tom Cruise the guy who threatened to kick the ass of any wayward Scientologists? He seems like the type of munchkin to do anything to get his way.
I think we ALL know since Tom's so touchy about homosexuality, there must be SOMETHING there.

Yeah, undoubtedbly there's the might of a Scientology engineered NDA (non-disclosure agreement) - not to mention the GMD's habit of agressively suing anyone who impugns his psuedo sexuality.
However if there were a tape, you can pretty much rest assured Miscavage has it.
i've always thought this or tom's wedding pic extortion case was the blind about an a lister, a pap was staking out the actor's home trying to get this one specific shot. instead, he kept getting shots of the guy beating his girlfriend senseless. he needed the girlfriend to be out of the house in order to get the shot he wanted to, and he eventually got the shot, the bf and gf married, the pap was shopping the pic around and was going to try to sell it to the actor himself, and that's the last we heard of the blind.
i remember reading that one of the guys in the wedding pic extortion case somehow hung himself on a shower curtain rod that he was several inches taller than right after he agreed to plead guilty in the case. i also remember how odd it was that someone would be trying to extort money out of tom using his wedding photos.
anyhooooo, this story just made me think of that blind.
I'm suspicious about the existence of a Tom Cruise sex tape, unless it was made without his knowledge. If anyone is concerned about image, it's him.
