Three parts today.
I have to say that when I do watch the Gene Simmons show, my favorite parts are the parts with the kids, and especially Nick. The guy is pretty funny.
Rob Gronkowski apologized to his team and to the NFL for letting porn star BiBi Jones wear his jersey. I am not sure why he should apologize. For her part BiBi just kept saying how much she wanted to have sex with Rob, but he never made a move.
Two nights in a row for Rob Morrow and Gina Gershon. Apparently this is serious.

amfAR galas always make for interesting combinations. How about Sean Penn and Sinead O'Connor.
Also present were Colin Farrell and Rose McGowan. He hit on her all night.

Selma Blair after barely touching her salad.
Tom Cruise continues to be Jack Reacher and I continue to be annoyed.
I think it's possible that Vincent Piazza and Ashlee Simpson are going to kiss. You really want to do that Vincent?

My friend Chris Blanchard did Sinead's new chest tattoo of Jesus. He posted the picture yesterday.
I loved the Waltons, and I still see a rerun every once in a while. What a difference from TV today.

I can't hate on Rose she had a car crash and her glasses smashed into her face.
She might be overcompensating with plastic surgery though.

God I've always loved Sinead O'Connor. I don't pay much attention to her controversial opinions, but Nothing Compares to You will always be one of the best breakup songs of all time. Her voice is unbelievable.

timebob - yeah, Rose's story about the car crash and her eye doesn't jive with all the other work she's had done. It's particularly around her mouth that the work is the worst. I can't even stand to watch her anymore.
And I agree with the people who will always love Sinead because of Nothing Compares To You. I can still sing every word of that song and her version blows Prince's out of the water. Yeah, I said it.
Gina rarely smiles....just smirks.

Richard Thomas has the best voice. Honestly...he has done voice work for several audio books including "Team of Rivals". I could listen to him all day!
Richard Thomas does have a lovely voice. He does quite a bit of commercial voice work, I think. It's him, Morgan Freeman, Gene Hackman, Sam Elliott, and George Clooney. All have such nice cadences to their vocals.
Ditto on Nothing Compares To You, nice to find like-minded people.
But I know she's been advertising for peen, and I pray she's not going near Penn, ugh!

Sinead could probably kick Sean Penn's ass before breakfast. "Nothing Compares to You" is haunting,both song and video. That whole album, "I do not want what I haven't got" is fantastic.
@RQ- Sinead also does a cover of "Success has made a failure of our home" that's better than the original, but maybe that's because I'm biased. I love Sinead and hate country.
Correction: Rose was with her BF and they were probably discussing Liz Taylor. Both were friends of hers. She helped start or did start amfAR.
Yeah, I don't know about Rose. It looks as though she has had a lot more stuff than than the things she did after the crash, and now she looks like a completely different person.
Is his name "Nick Simmons" or "Nick Tweed-Simmons"? I thought Shannon hyphenated the kids' names, since they were not married when they were born. Are they still illegitimate now that their parents have married? Nick use to rag on Gene about that.

My copy of I Do Not Want What I Haven't Got on cassette was practically worn out by overuse. Amazing album for an angsty teenage girl at the time.

Sinead fans should get her cover version of Elton John's Sacrifice. It is awesome. I think it's on the Two Rooms tribute CD.

Nothing Compares 2 U is one of my favorite songs from the 90's. I never really listened to her other stuff, so I'll have to check it out. I had no idea it was a Prince song first.
