I thought Brett Butler was homeless and living out of a car somewhere down South - at least that was what was reported a couple weeks ago. Now she's got a new show?
She knows better than anyone that as long as he has two dimes to rub together he's a hopeless cause. Better she steals the show out from under him -- she's fantastic, she could do this.
Kristen Johnston for the 90's actress with substance abuse problems (JUST released a book about it too), and starring on a new show called 'The Exes'. Not sure of the co-star though...

@LottaColada - Actually, she was on Zoe Duncan Jack and Jane, so she could fit....
Rhea Perlman and Kirstie Alley (they're going to be in the upcoming ABC sitcom The Manzellis). Rhea and Danny DeVito were big boozehounds back in the day and DeVito is still struggling with his sobriety.
But Kirstie's so CoS, and she's a recovered coke addict from WAY back. I doubt it would be her.

Well, she very well could be, for all I know. I just know that she was an addict before she even did that Star Trek movie in the early 80s, and she credits Narconon/CoS for saving her from it. CoS is against all drugs, of course, and she's so hard-core CoS, so I kind of doubt it would be her.
Although, now that I think about it, isn't smoking a CoS no-no as well? And she's clearly been photographed puffing away recently. I still doubt it's her.
For what it's worth, I just checked the actual CoS website and smoking is allowed. Heheheheh. Now we know. ;-)

Oh man, I HOPE it's not Christina Applegate and Will Arnett! Is that who you mean, feziq? I think Will and Amy Poehler have been the guesses for some feuding/splitting couples, too. I love those two, and that would make me REALLY sad. :-(
As for the Roseanne/Goodman guess, he's been rumoured to like the powder -- LOTS of rumours about THAT guy here in STL -- but I don't recall her having substance abuse issues. Psychiatric ones, yes, and I think some casual drug use in her teen years, but nothing major, IIRC. I'm pretty sure she was drinking wine socially on her Lifetime show, too.
