Janice Dickinson's legs (skin) are a prime example of what happens when you spend a lifetime being too thin and too tan. Hollywood is going to have some really ugly old ladies in its near future. Plastic surgeons everywhere are counting down the days.

Actually, Jillian's always said she was bi, and she happens to be currently in a relationships with a woman. As others have pointed out, her partner gave birth to baby Phoenix and little Lukensia was adopted from Haiti.
And I think they're all adorable. Is Lukensia waving to the paps? Ha! I love it. She looks much happier than she did in the Kneepads photo, where she looked quite serious.

Oh, Janice...apparently you didn't get the memo that miniskirts after 35 are a bad idea, and after 50 they're dead out. *sigh* We all get wrinkly past a certain point, and there's no shame in that, but letting it all hang out just makes you look desperate, and that's not a good look for anyone. Knee-length or just below the knee works much better, esp. the latter--it covers up one's wrinkly knees, and it shows off the part of a woman's legs that usually still looks decent.
(Move over, Rachel Zoe--here I come!)

Child acting (especially on tweener shows) has a totally different set of requirements than acting as an adult. I do hope Hilary Duff makes it somewhere, though. Maybe writing or producing or hosting is more her speed.
I agree that Miley needs to lose the topknot. It may just be the bright sunlight, but it appears as if she is losing hair from her hairline as a result of the constant stress on her follicles. Just sayin'.

@Robin the Mad Photographer, nothing wrong with wearing mini-skirts over 35 if you have the legs for it. Look at Tina Turner. There are plenty of older women with great legs. Janice Dickinson is not one of them.
Janice's skin would probably look much better if she wasn't starving it of everything it needs. Creams and surgery can only do so much. You need to eat, too.

Janice's legs are due to lack of muscle tone. Mine look the same at time but I don't wear miniskirts anymore. It's not a flattering look as we've all posted here.
I'm not sure if Janice's legs are due to poor muscle tone, I could understand if she never walked and was carried everywhere like Suri. But a normal person that doesn't even go to the gym should have better muscle tone than that. I think this might be something to do with many years of not eating enough, poor nutrition in other words.
