Hasn't David Tennant had blind's here before? The kindness blind about being nice to the whole town? Plus, Doctors are pretty international these days.
He's the only part of his show that I don't like. *sigh*
Hmmm, Rush has been on for quite a while(I think at least 10 episodes have aired...) but Tom Ellis has had a scandal filled life with nary a blind item mention...No way is this Tennant, although it would explain why he would sign up for the rubbish Gracepoint. Maybe someone Canadian? I wish I knew more new shows!

Tennant would be A+++ in the UK. Everyone LOVED him as The Doctor. So probably not him.

@Nancy - NO! Just stop that silliness right now! :) @MinPin - #1! I like the Matthew of Downton Abbey guess, he hasn't been a past BI item that I can remember and he's super skinny now. Uff heroin, bad, very very bad.
Hope it's not Cillian Murphy/Peaky Blinders cause yeah, he is an incredible talent. Doesn't look too healthy lately though.

I agree with Stephie Ioan Gruffudd came straight to mind.
Ioan looks far too healthy to have serious substance problems. He's also got a stable marriage (Alice Evans) & 2 small kids.
JRM has unfortunately had serious alcohol problems & looked like walking death for a while. Hope he's cleaned up because he's so talented - Velvet Goldmine, Match Point, Tudors, etc.
Tennant always looks twitchy but the Dr Who crowd adores him & he does a lot of stage work too. It's pretty hard to conceal addictions when doing 6 or 7 theatre shows a week.
