Geoffrey Holder Has Died

Geoffrey Holder, the dancer, choreographer, actor, composer, designer and painter who infused his native West Indies on the American cultural scene and was amazing in everything he did, died on Sunday in Manhattan. He was 84.

    His words stick in my mind as, what I thought, one of the only cat calls(?) that Ive received where I couldn't help but to smile and laugh at.

    I fell in love with him the first time I saw him in Live & Let Die. His voice made me shiver in a good way. Heh-heh-heh. The 7Up commercials were like icing on the cake for me. ;-)
