I'd think this is Tyler Posey more than Dylan O'Brien or Cody Christian. Dylan usually gets described differently because of his movie career and franchises. Plus he's already moved on to other projects - I don't see him as riding it out while Teen Wolf airs the last half of the season.
Even though Pretty Little Liars is also ending soon, I don't see this as being about any of the guys (or that they would be considered B list, but that's always up for debate).
Always more closeted guys covered here than closeted girls.
Enty I need more of a hint is it possible you can at least mention the TV shows these closeted gay men are on?
