3 douches in 1 canoe someone please sink it
Smartest friend Madonna has ever dumped and so publicly it was like biotch back to the street corner I found you on
I didn't see that one coming before the pics showed up.
+1
Lena was at some awards and popped up in the randoms and I remember saying she looked like she dropped dozens of pounds.
Lena will never be thin regardless of how many pounds she loses. She needs emergency plastic surgery on her face, not fat from her body. Extensive plastic surgery.
I want to brag that I lost 42 lbs -- without a trainer.
Good for me!
(...as I break my arm patting myself on the back!)
You should brag, that is wonderful!
Enjoy your hot self!
My trainer and I go out for Happy Hour: one glass of wine, and Thai lettuce roll-ups. We have healthy fun!
But when I get home I drink a bottle of wine.
I lost 83 without help from anyone. It took awhile and it sucked the entire time, but it was worth it.
I can always lose lots of weight when I need to, without supplements or a trainer. Anyone can if they put their mind to it, unless they have a serious metabolic or physical issue.
Supplements like Hydroxycut, Quick Trim, etc, are entirely unnecessary and just a sheer money grab.
Not to mention those supplements are dangerous. I have a friend that ended up having a liver transplant after taking a diet pill
I can see Lena and Goop as temporary besties. Nice that anyone meets a health goal as long as they don't get obsessed.I agreed with Joan Rivers about Lena. Actually currently watching Girls and Broadchurch thought not yet current on either season.
SarahS ~ that's how much my Dr said I need to lose. After you lost your weight, Congratulations ? by the way, did you get the excess skin? If so, what did you or have you done about it?
Gunnar Peterson, that Kartrashian trainer...
Yes, I have the god-awful excess skin. I HATE showing my arms in the pool, but I'm just like--whatever, I can't do anything right now!
I'm not sure what, if anything, I will do about all the excess skin. I'm still not to where I want to be and I may just have to deal with it for life.
If you lose weight properly (diet and exercise) you should not have excess skin issues. I lost 80 pounds and made sure to incorporated weights to build muscle. If you choose all cardio to lose a massive amount of weight you will have the saggy skin. Take it one goal at a time starting with the first 10lbs.
