Lay-up.
Clearly Simon Cowell. His excuse for falling down the stairs in the middle of the night - "I couldn't sleep, and wanted to get some warm milk" - will have to go down among the worst celebrity excuses ever.
Cowell also has a huge closet of misbehavior to explore. No clue whether all his "philandering" was with willing partners, but the pop stars he's mentored don't have much nice to say about him. He seems to have jammed a large number of teenage singers into the closet, although Harry Styles is banging pretty hard on the door to get out.
Milk as in: White Russian?
He never made any secret of his lifestyle. Never said he wld change. However, i do think Simon's body is giving out, and mb that what concerns her.
So she is tired of being with the man who has continued to act the same as he always has?
Did she really think he was going to change? For her?

If it wasn't for his closeting, money and the influence of of his global tv franchise, these boybanders wouldn't have a career. They should be more grateful. Still, i wouldn't be at all surprised at nasty shenanigans behind closed doors.
Drunks should live in ranch style homes. While stairs are easy to go down when sloshed trying to get back up them can take all night.
@ NuttyFlavor, he didn't say he fainted from getting up to get some milk. He said he has low blood pressure, has had it for years, and passed out at the top of the stairs. He is very lucky he didn't break his neck.
@auntliddy,you mean his fake playboy lifestyle? His real lifestyle is in the closet,I'm glad he wasn't seriously hurt but most likely it was from drinking.

I fell down the stairs in the middle of the night this summer from doing too many squats. My legs just gave out. They quite clearly didn't believe me at the E.R. and I could tell they thought I had been drinking.
I used to fall too. After eight ball and 2 quarts of whiskey. Lots of blackout fall downs.
Simon probably got beaten up by his New Yorker girlfriend after trying to dump her.
