He should absolutely get a raise. The second he actually marries her he's gonna realize he's in it for awhile (5 yrs min) and will wish he got the biggest nut he could out of it. May as well. It's not "that much" in the long run for the stability and happiness of a decent guy who looks really good on camera and keeps his mouth shut. He's in his early/mid 20s I think, he can circle back in ten years and pick his life back up.
He would NOT be able to pursue any meaningful career during the time he is married to Britney Spears. He will never again be as young or as supple as he is now, there are trade-offs one should be compensated for.
