Cutler is not a "frequent reality star." He's on one reality show with Kristen. Don't think this is them (I actually believe they are happy). My initial guesses would be Lamar or Dennis.
I agree with Lamar or Dennis. Is Jay known for drug use? He sure isn't a frequent reality star and Kristen wouldn't be described as just a significant other.
Drug use? Is he abusing Tylenol? Huffing asthma inhalers? Too many Flintstone chewables?
