His best cameo was on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia" in my opinion.

I think he tattooed his eye lids to have pretend mascara on them, it's hard to believe him and Depp were once considered hot guys.
saw the mugshot. looks like the grim reaper. hard to surpass Mickey Rourke's downfall, but it looks like he has done it.
