Speaking of the barely there celebrity from a few items ago, I always assumed the reason she was walking her dog constantly is that she wanted to get outside and smoke and get some steps in. Someone suggested though, and I tend to agree absent a better explanation, that it is to hang out with the guy who has the massive dog. Whenever our barely there celebrity goes outside, there is the guy with the huge dog. They always spend the entire time talking.
