The worldwide organization hosts their big event in November, but for the first time in history might not have anyone representing the United States. As of this moment, there is not date set for the US event. The current owner thought they would be able to make fortune and treated the whole thing like a hedge fund operation. Their massive investment is probably valued at about zero right about now.
