What Do You Think? Is LeAnn Rimes A Stalker?
In the latest issue of US Weekly they have an interview with Brandi Glanville, who is the wife of actor Eddie Cibrian. Eddie is a decent actor but his claim to fame so far has been his affair with LeAnn Rimes. Brandi says though that LeAnn just won't leave her man alone and it is all because LeAnn misses being famous. No, I swear she said it.
I must have missed the memo where LeAnn Rimes had dropped off the fame planet or something. To me she is just as famous as she has always been. Just a nice steady career building up millions upon millions of dollars. How many people had heard of Eddie Cibrian before this incident? Yeah, that's what I thought.
Glanville though says, "LeAnn is a stalker. She refuses to leave us alone -- it is shameful and scary. People are going to say it takes two to tango and I get that, but at some point LeAnn needs to stop asking him to dance."
Brandi also says they finally had to change their cell phone number because LeAnn kept calling and that LeAnn purposely set up that meeting at the Lakers game a few weeks ago.
I myself am not buying the whole LeAnn being a stalker thing. I am more likely to buy that Brandi wants some attention and so decided to give an interview to a national tabloid. If you were a person scorned would you want to talk about it in a national magazine? This is the best thing that has happened in Eddie's career and maybe Brandi wants in on it. What do you think? Is LeAnn a stalker?

Well, I wouldn't be surprised if she was being stalker like. I don't think she's doing it for fame like the wife claims, but because Cibrian gave it to her real good and she wants more of it!
what i think is that brandi has taken a trip to Doucheachusetts. what's the point of the low blow? it's only making her look ghetto while leann continues to count all the $$$ in her bank accts.

Yup, Green Wave Gal, I think this is a case of the husband telling tales and the wife desperately wanting to believe while making the whole thing go away. I've never heard of Eddie Cibrian, and it makes sense to me that he'd want to stoke this fire so that people will continue talking about him. In other words, he's the one behind this and his wife is the simp who is rushing to his defence.

Its typical for the betrayed to not blame the betrayer. If she put the blame on all the deserving parties, she might actually have to face the fact that her marriage needs a lot of help and her husband is not honest. It takes a grown up to go through these things and by her statement the wife is clearly still in HS.
She's angry and she wants to keep her family together. The press is all over the story and it's all Eddie and LeAnn, and I'm sure Brandi was thinking "what about me?" just like Dean McDermott's wife did when Tori stole him away. Just sayin'
The guy must be a better actor than I thought for the wife to believe he had nothing to do with LeAnn.
I think if a person knows a guy is taken and she still goes after him, she's a wench. We DO have the ability to say no.
That being said, he's the one with the responsibility not to cheat (assuming Leanne's relationship with her husband is open).
But the glomming on to him for fame? She's not the one trying to get publicity from this.

Here we go again. Lady, if you can't confront your jerk of a husband, don't blame LeAnn. Of course she shouldn't have bothered with a married guy, but it's not like she seduced him. Come on. These things are ALWAYS 50/50.
If she doesn't confront him, they're never going to get past this. As was discussed a few weeks ago, staying in denial and refusing to have the jerk take responsibility for his role in the affair is ridiculous. That's why I hate this crap--it always winds up as two women fighting over a man. Their egos love that shit. Don't play into it!
I think there is some truth to her claims. I don't think Lee Anne is doing it for publicity, but if I was married to a gay dude for 7 years I'd be stalking Eddie Cibrian too.
But I think Brandi is minimizing her husband's part in this so she can justify staying with him. It's not like Lee Anne dragged him to the Laker game...he went and met with her willingly. But at the same time, I agree with her, I think woman who go after a man they know is married are disgusting and just because she's a successful singer doesn't make it right. Lee Anne needs to go focus on her gay husband.
She needs to confront both of them together & rip Eddie a new orifice.
So Brandi's antifeminist and a high-schooler - should she be grateful to Leann? GTFOH and show empathy towards human frailty - it's damned hard for most to put blame wholly on their mate, especially with kids involved.
I think Leann HAS used this for publicity. (1) Messages on her fansite/website; (2) papped constantly since, beaming or (3) holding out her hand to show off her ring when not playing (4) is she or isn't she wearing her ring games.
I'd love for this to be some kind of play on the "Wings of the Dove," but it's in all likelihood a sad situation where Eddie is fucking Leann and lying his ass off to Brandi. Brandi doesn't owe Leann high-minded behavior, as Leann is no innocent and has attempted to profit off of this relationship and firm up an acting career at least in part on this notorious episode.

Oddly enough this whole incident had finally died down... people had moved on... so his wife gives this bullshit interview to stir that pot up again.
And you know her, idiot skirt chasing tool of a husband, knew she gave this interview. So they both are scum.
Plus we all know this is not the first time he went roaming. Just the first time he manage to use it to his advantage.
Sadly, LeAnn probably has learned a very valuable lesson. Never screw around with a D lister again.
leann has enough money and fame that she could have her choice of men. i think eddie threw leann under the bus when he got caught at the laker game "she just showed up honey!" uh-huh. eddie's wife is a fool. her marriage is over. eddie is probably meeting with a divorce attorney and getting all of his ducks in a row (read; hiding assets and playing daddy of the year) in anticipation of the upcoming property distribution and custody fight. i give the marriage 3 months tops.
I can see Leann being a stalker and I can see Eddie Cibrian doing anything that says yes. Dog and dog. If Eddie had more money, his wife would already have a lawyer.
