In Honor Of Brittany Murphy's Birthday her Mom Is Writing A Tell All Book
Today would have been Brittany Murphy's 33rd birthday. Her mom, Sharon, yesterday revealed plans to write a tell all book about her daughter. I seriously doubt it will be a tell all. She is probably just saying that so people will actually plunk down a couple of bucks and read what her mom has to say. Lets say that you died, do you think your parents would be able to write a tell all about you? Not withstanding the fact they would probably not want to besmirch your memory, how many parents really know everything bad their child did? Granted, Sharon was pretty close to her daughter and pretty damn close to Brittany's deceased husband too, but my parents probably know about 10% of the stuff I have done in my life.

I figure she'll talk about her daughter's early aspirations to be an actress, and how beautiful and perfect Brittany was, and what a great mother she was for encouraging her, and then will go through great detail to talk about the vultures in the industry who brought Brittany down by making her take drugs, and how Simon was a saint for helping her weather that storm, culminating in her tragic demise at an illness and not drug use. It will round up with a chapter on all of the great things a future Brittany would have done.
Do you think she has a ghost writer yet?
If she doesn't KellyLyn, she owes you some money for getting the ball rolling for her.
This lady should just let it go already and grieve in peace. I am not a fan of stuff like this, especially when the circumstances around those deaths are sketch at best.
p.s. I am waiting with bated breath for the person who is obssessed with the Murphy/Monjack story to come out of the woodwork.

Eh, who knows. My mom knows my deepest secrets. But that's cause I know I can trust her. Brittany's mom, on the other hand, is a bit sketchy and I wouldn't confide in her if she were my mom.
No shock here at all. The mom has always struck as a bit of strange one.
Now as to the book itself, I don't know, I guess it's just me, but I have zero desire to read a biography of Brittany Murphy. Brittany Murphy?! Was she really that great of an actress that a biography about her would actually sell?
Brittany deserved better in life.

My mother always had a problem with parents that give statements to news organizations immediately following their children's death. She always said she'd be too devastated to stand let alone speak about it. I know that's not what Sharon Murphy is doing, but that's the vibe I'm getting. Sure she can say the book is "cathartic" and helps in her grieving process (and for some people I believe it does) but I wouldn't buy that load of crap with Monopoly money. I feel badly for any mother that's lost a child, but too many of this woman's actions were suspect, and regardless of her motivation it just seems in poor taste to make a press release on the anniversary of your child's death that you're writing a tell-all about them.
Maybe take that day to remember and mourn, and shill another day.

This statement is just an attempt to create buzz and get publishers to bid for it. It will be a total fluff piece and doubt any publisher will want to distribute it.

Everyone that really loved Brittany was at the cemetery yesterday to honor Brittany on what would have been her 33rd birthday.

Sharon Murphy is now living with her sister, Debbie in Wilmington, NC. Debbie is the mother of Tayebe Pajooh.
{a quick Google search showed me that Pajooh was the informant on BM's death certificate}.

Speaking of Tell Alls (!!!!)….At the cemetery, a male friend of Brittany attended & told the group that had gathered things that CA has been telling us all along AND things CA didn’t even know!! Mostly this person talked about how Brittany had surrounded herself with bad people. These people are still working in Hollywood.

The male friend is also very good friend’s with Brittany’s former manager JoAnne Colonna. As it turns out, the former manager is not one of the "bad guys" after all. JoAnne (of Brillstein-Grey_Entertainment)AND Brittany’s agency, ICM, were fired by Sharon (?) at the time of the Ted Casablanca/"Jordache Junky" debacle.

@sunnyside - I have no inside info...all I remember from Jordache Junky was that supposedly BM and her PR team went nuts when they saw that Blind b/c they thought it was about her but Ted came out and said it was NOT. But BM did have a blind from Ted so maybe he was bluffing?
Maybe they got fired b/c they looked like idiots when they released statements saying JJ was not Brittany, bringing to light any other vices the girl really had at the time?
