Noah, who famously once modeled lingerie and hit a stripper pole to be ready to follow in her older sister's footsteps was driving a Fiat around with Billy Ray in the passenger seat. Apparently the Fiat was given to Noah and she was tired of driving on their driveway and wanted real experience. She got it, but didn't get a ticket because only the paps saw it and now the police.
