Hmm...on a side note, I don't think it's appropriate for her to ask. Not to smoke AROUND her, maybe...but he's not pregnant. Pregnancy is not literally a two-person process, past conception. "*We're* pregnant" is just a phrase, after all.
I don't think it's crazy for her to want the guy to be completely present while she's pregnant. She's already supporting his ass, if it's Zoe, so she has a right to tell him to cut it out.
Except no one tells men they can't have a beer because their partner's pregnant.
If she's only asking because *she* can't indulge, that's crappy.
If she's asking for the reason you mention, that's another issue.
Also Zoe has been in some of the biggest movies, avatar, guardians of the galaxy, Star Trek and yet she only gets almost A list?! If she were a guy he'd be calling her A + if she was only in one of those movies.

Well I guess we'll never know. And a beer is different than getting wasted. If you smoke pot you get pretty out of it pretty easy. I've gotten high every night this week and it doesn't take much at all whereas is I drink it takes about half a bottle of liquor for me to feel similar effects.

Pregnant women have "super smellers". When I was preggo I couldn't go near anyone who'd smoked (pot or cigarettes). It would make me want to hurl. Any strong smell is repulsive. And...he should be present for her as well, but that's just my opinion.

You're going to have enough couple stress when the baby arrives, don't make the dad suffer too much beforehand. I didn't drink around my wife during the first trimester of both her pregnancies, but she made a point of telling me not to abstain after that point.
Lots of women smoked marijuana while pregnant in the 60's and 70's. I really wouldn't worry about exposure to cannabinoids past the first trimester.

Except Kristin has done tons of TV, I wouldn't call her mostly movie. And this is her 2nd kid, I think an issue like this would have been resolved the first time around. Not that I think it's much of an issue!

What about second hand smoke and fetuses? I would not want anyone smoking cigarettes near me either. It could also = nausea.

They are passing new laws in Ontario that the smokers now have stand 100 metres from those public buildings they were smoking at the front entrance of, like hospitals, government buildings, schools

Enty was hinting that Zoe was DRINKING while pregnant, so I doubt a lil grass would make her feel some type of way.

Well, she married Dax Shepard. Then procreated with him. Twice. At some point we have to stop blaming drugs.
Who cares? Let the guy have some fun and enjoy himself. It's not easy living with a pregnant woman. I could understand if he never smoked pot in their relationship up til this point, but if he's a regular smoker what right do you have to tell him what to do? You knew how he was when you married him and got pregnant!
Oh and secondhand smoke is bullshit. Walking by a person smoking is NOT going to kill you or give you cancer. Living in a shitty, crowded, polluted city is the problem, but you don't see much outrage and hysterical hand-wringing over that. Probably because it's not as easy to act morally superior to a faceless corporation (unless it's the scapegoat tobacco companies) as it is to a person smoking. People certainly won't admit that they are part of the problem with their polluting cars, etc, either. I don't know how anyone can look at a place like LA, with it's permanent haze of filth, and think cigarettes are the problem.
