Rita Ora is so weird to me. Like, I know her face. I've seen all the fashion stuff she gets up to. I've heard her songs. But I still don't know who she is. Does that make sense?

I hear about Rita Ora so much on CDAN I finally looked her up as I had no idea who she is. First, she looks like the love child of Beyonce and Gwen Stefani. Second, she's very generic looking - kind of forgettable. Pretty though.
Songs - meh.
What's weird is that she looks like she's partly African-American or West Indian but in fact she's from KOSOVO? Her Wikipedia page says her parents are Kosovan and Albanian. Wow.

The one word I would NOT use to describe Ora's looks is 'generic'.
We always know who she is, even if we don't know who she is. Meaning, her looks stand out, she is memorable; she is the opposite of generic.
Sorry Sprink, but I would have trouble recognizing her again after looking at pages full of her photos on Google Images. She looks like a blend of Beyonce, Gwen Stefani, Rihanna and Shakira. In other words, she doesn't like anybody distinctive. As opposed to, say, Lady Gaga or Madonna who DO stand out. But I realize you have a different impression of her looks.

Good point, Prunella. I was comparing to Hollywood starlets, the Ashleys and Ambers, rather than the music scene.
