rehab = 6 months to a year. no FB. no IG. no Twitter. NOTHING. this 30 day crap helps NO ONE.
seriously. if you are just going to continue to use and use, why even pretend to go to rehab?
and i can say this as the parent of a 20 year drug addict / crystal meth drug of choice.
it took him a year in a program and he's even relapsed a few times (with weed).
Sadly, I think she's beyond help.

If you can’t handle social media, don’t be on it. I’m not. People tell others to kill themselves all the time on the internet. It just makes me more determined to live forever, out of spite! Demi puts her nasty self out there and expects everyone to kiss her ass and act like she’s some special and brave hero when she’s really just a big bitch. That being said, I don’t wish her ill and I hope she gets herself together. But that’s part and parcel of being a celeb. Perhaps getting off social media is best for her. And getting off the drugs....
Demi has a right to defend herself. Celebrities owe the fans nothing but a quality product or performance. They shouldn't be your heroes, your idols, or your friends, they're strangers who deliver entertainment.

Not sure if it's true, but some blogs are reporting she's back in rehab. Nothing from kneepad websites so take it with a grain of salt.
