Still have nothing for what would be really quirky. I don't think f*cking someone from another show would be especially quirky, it would be called SO or GF/BF.
Not sure how to connect the quirky comment, but possibly Emma Kenney? She's on Shameless and The Connors and admitted herself to rehab a while back and took a break from instagram to find some solace from her party friends. Although maybe Enty would have said teen actress for her.
I have no clue on this, but could a quirky connection be something like a character having the same name as the actress or her character?
