@count Himmmm has an active Twitter account and does post blinds on occasion. Some of the long-form ones are fascinating; there are also regular-type ones also.
I think Himmmm bolted when posters attacked him and accused him of being someone he was not, who was I think harassed by some ex-posters. If I'm wrong someone please correct me.

Henley agreed to a plea of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He admitted he had drugs. He claimed to take the fall for roadies. He denied having sex with them, nobody believes that as they were hired because of their age. He will not face new charges. But by definition,it is rape if they were under the influence of drugs. Also,statutory rape because they were 16 and the age of consent is 18 in California,although rarely enforced.

That depends on the jurisdiction and the extent, I think.
Don't worry those cases will never make it to trial. It's difficult enough to convince DAs to prosecute and even less likely to end in a conviction, even with cases that seem pretty obvious.
Look how many decades Cosby was at it.
But I think it is a positive thing that people are trying to educate others that someone who can't walk or know their own name can't knowingly consent either.

Allowing for hyperbole - that wouldn't shock me at all. Nor would it shock anyone who knows the frequency of sexual assault. But to some (not saying you), it's all a joke.
