Blind Items Revealed #5

July 9, 2019

In their haste to kiss the butt of the royal who pays for them to kiss her butt, Kneepads left off the portion of their article which would cast a little wrench in their theory. You see, the popularity of the name they say is due to the all might wisdom and knowledge of their paymaster was actually already number one because of that almost network television show that has been airing a few seasons.

Meghan Markle/People/Archie/Riverdale

Oh WTF Enty.
You make enough to have an edit and grammar person. This was shit the first time

That's most likely stretching things quite a bit since Archibald is a rather common popular name over there. But you'll get your usual amount of comments so there's that.

Can fat Markle get any more loathsome ??

What a useless person. Perfect for her Village Idiot husband.

And getting heavier by the day.

Oh, and Enty, by all means take grammar advice from the subliterate.

Srly WHTF wrote this?! Go back to elementary school.

It was twitter trolls who assumed Megs liked Riverdale when they heard the name. Ignoring that Archie was around before then, hell it's my grandpa's name & he doens't know or give a flying rats ass what Riverdale is

Lisa said...

...what?

So Meghan and Harry named their child Archie because of Riverdale?

*insert laughing hysterically emoji here*

Do Tell said...

I avoid any magazine where MM is the cover story.

Archie might have been around since WW2, but you have to admit it was really faded away until Riverdale became such a major hit. So the show did make the name popular. Although I don't believe for a minute the showm, the character or the comic book had anything to do with the Sussex's decision.

No, learned Harry wanted a name incorporating "Archon," referring to leaders in ancient Athens.

However, even more subtle Meghan corrected Harry, letting him know that "Erchan" was in fact a Germanic morpheme indicating preciousness.

And so went another day in the glittering intellectual salon which is Frogmore Cottage.

Voltaire, Doctor Johnson... you're really missing out!

So Harry and Meghan are the "Almost Network Royals". That sounds about right. What a waste of a hot man. I thought Harry had real potential.

The popularity of Archie as a boy's name has been growing steadily in England & Wales since 1996. See graph.

https://names.darkgreener.com/#archie

It's not Riverdale, it's not Markle, it's just a popular name.

Now, if "Archificial" starts becoming a popular name, Meg will get all the credit for that.

Nutty, you should do standup.

Ha ha ha! :)

Oddly enough, people in real life have told me that too. Haven't tried it yet, though.

Archie and Alfie have become popular names in the UK for boys in the last decade and incidentally have been always very popular for dogs. Most junior schools would have a few Archie’s and Alfies, some such named in the diminutive, others shortened from Archibald and Alfred. Traditional names have always been used but there has been a real resurgence in the last quarter century,

if Meghan had been smart, she would have named him Arthur because of the association with the legendary King Arthur. But, she preferred to steal little Prince George's nickname, like the real narcissist she is. They envy everyone and steal everything that brings other people joy.

I agree. The whole
"Theres no baby!" thing was downright HIL-AIR-EE-USS

How bout you get off Meghan’s....ass.

Punctuation. Some of us make an attempt.

@Muschi: Pippa named her son Arthur.

"How bout you get off Meghan’s....ass." end quote @Randaleese

Why? For just a few bucks more you can shit in her mouth. I will admit that she can charge more since she has Royal Guards. But a whore is a whore.

Prince Harry's commanding officer in Afghanistan was Major Tom ARCHER-Burton. Major ARCHER-Burton was instrumental in getting Harry into Afghanistan.
Major ARCHER-Burton is one of Harry's mentors.
Major ARCHER-Burton is nicknamed ARCHIE.
hmmmmmm...could it BE that Baby Sussex was named after Harry's mentor or is it more likely that Baby Sussex was named after a character on a tv show?
listen...The Firm always wins. everyone in the royal family does what they're told or they are kicked to the proverbial curb.
i absolutely love the lack of memory by the whole world in regards to how much everyone now loves them some Kate Middleton who his now idolized when she used to be vilified as Waity Katie=gold digger=doormat=NOT royalty=NOT suitable.
now everyone LOVES the future Queen Kate and has turned their hatred to Meghan Markle.
ugh.

I find it funny that Rachel and Archie are *almost* anagrams. So the full name of "Archie Harrison" would be both of his parents names.

Agree. J is pretty damn funny.

Hey that’s interesting! Thanks!

(Archie is still a stupid name. Archer would have been better).

I think the point he was making was the British tabloid press were quick to search for how popular searches for the name Archie were and push that as indication millions were googling about Archificial, when in actuality search’s for Archie were common because of Riverdale

Samantha the 1st said...

Wonder why they named him Archie?

Was that Harry's in joke nickname due to his hair color?

Samantha the 1st said...

Archie Harrison is an aural pun. Don't know about being an anagram for anything...Archie, Harry's son.

"I find it funny that Rachel and Archie are *almost* anagrams."

I guess if you typed a capital i and thought it was an L?

Kimelem said...

Meghan turned down enty's small dick and that is why we get a stupid ass story every day. The hatred toward this woman is unbelievable.

Prince George revealed back in January that is nickname was Archie.

Samantha the 1st said...

Yep - he said "I'm called Archie" out of the blue to reporters.

Kids do that -- I wish someone had picked up on that but people still believe the royals don't learn the gender until it's born, or name their babies until the world has seen them.

That plus the note to Vogue about a boy baby kinda proves that MM and PH saw the sonograms and named him long before he was born. (AND told their family about it.) Which is fine but, just another lie to the public, too.

Samantha the 1st said...

Unknown at 3:53 AM - I just reread your comment. So you feel what he said was literal.

I think what happened was not that Prince George had a nickname of Archie, ever, but that he had overheard the adults talking about unborn Archie's name, or maybe someone even told PG that "He's called Archie," referring to the bump; and it came out in kid babble as "I'm called Archie."

I think it could've been a way for a kid to let go of a secret (I'm sure he was told "don't tell anyone the name!") without really telling it.
