Blind Items Revealed #4
One of the reasons this singer of a former A-/B+ list band didn't want to discuss a recent violent incident at his house is because he knows he was being targeted.

It's Chicago, everyone is a target there.
But but but...the Guardian said the family DIDN'T think they were being targetd. Targeted for what? Curious...
HAHAHAHAHA...now we know how to trigger that snowflake singer. Just yell "Kavanaugh" at him. What a loser.
What good songs did Wilco have?
I like “can’t stand it”
Im curious about the targeting as well. Him? A family member in the home? Love conflict? Drug related? Lawncare squabble?
I really know nothing of his personal life, but I don't perceive him as one of the more troublemaking musicians of the day!😕
Tell us more about Chicago, Angela, you're a smart guy.
California stars@ brayson
Well if he has sons, they could be a target.
Why is he being targeted? He seems innocuous enough. Talented and low key.
@Brayson
As my message was "mysteriously" deleted (but I know that the "Entern" won't check twice)
It just takes two functioning braincells to see that it's a made up blind that just tries to exploit some recent news item by letting know that there's more to the story. Like some old gossip lady will hear something on the radio, nod in approval, then conclude at the end of the story some mysterious "Oh, I know why" that's supposed to impress people.
If the sources for this story actually knew something, they would have focused instead on why the guy was being targeted. That's where the real meat of the story would lie. Other details wouldn't matter.
Instead of that, this is just an opportunity to point fingers at some dude that the readers will then inevitably expose as some dangerous leftist (he supported Obama) and an hypocrite. They'll even do some crowdsourcing, as they'll find some random reason. Case explained!
Oh... Also, people familiar with Chicago have already mentioned many times, including here, that this kind of shooting is actually something random and frequent there.
@Angela, spot on! I like Angela.
