Sarah Silverman received a pretty vile tweet from a guy who she befriended, found out he was a victim of child sexual molestation that injured his body and in chronic pain. Sarah paid for the MRI to see what was going on and got him to the right doctors. Turned out he had 5 herniated discs. All paid by her. They are apparently fast friends now. He is much better and reaching out to help guys who display his former behavior.
So, I'm thinking she's be the first to pull over.
