It was a 17th birthday party, but when this offspring was throwing the party with hookers/strippers/drugs all paid for by mom and dad, he was still only 16. You would think that mom and dad facing a bunch of years in jail and civil suits for drugging and raping women, that they would perhaps crack down on this a little.
