#2 sounds like the people behind me. He is the Jack a** former city manager. There is a private lane behind our house that people have been using forever to walk down to the beach. Everyone along the lane has a gate so that they could use it. He put up a fence to prevent people from walking or riding their bikes.
Before they put up the fence our next-door neighbor's kid tried to ride her bike down the lane and his B*tch girlfriend blocked the lane with her car and started screaming at the kid until she cried. They are unbelievable. We could probably sue for use since it has been used by the neighbors for so many years but no one really wants to waste the money on a court case. Everyone HATES them with a passion.
These people in this blind probably have some bucks though and they should sue these douche bags.

Didn't Madonna pull the same douche move with her England Estate a few years ago. She blocked off bridle/walking paths on or near her home that had been used for many generations. She cited security concerns but her neighbors called bullshit on it. It is sad people enjoy having the power to take other peoples enjoyment away. Miserable fucks.
