This B+ only movie actor with A name recognition has been married a very long time. He rarely cheats. When he does cheat, his wife invariably discovers it, but never does anything about it. Well, that is until on the set of his last movie he got involved with a D list actress who has moved up into the world of C list and was heading to B with a bunch of great new roles she got via the casting couch. Well, after she and our B list actor had their fun, she decided that maybe she should try and hitch herself to his star. Our B list actor's wife got wind of this idea and came to blows with the up and coming actress. No damage was done physically, but our actor's wife called everyone she knew in town and our up and coming actress has not even had a whiff of an offer since.

she filmed a movie with him this year called oldboy---just a guess but she is from where Im from and we once had mutual friends (never met her myself) but heard she is a real bitch that will stop at nothing to be a "star"

or elizabeth berkley was in that women in trouble...definition of d list from showgirls and didnt do much after that film in 2009 and known for the casting couch etc
I'm going to go with Marley Shelton for the actress. She had been in a steady stream of films alongside Brolin (at least four or five) up until 2009.

She seemed like she was on the rise, getting New Girl and starting to get movie roles.
Now all of a sudden, she's back to doing Gilette commercials, and not even as the main girl in the Gilette commercial, as just the girl in the middle. She doesn't even have a speaking role. Seriously.

Josh and Diane are divorced now, right? But, I know she did love him and it's too bad he's such a louse. But she did try for a very long time.

It can't possibly be Hannah Simone. She's only just filming Oldboy with Josh Brolin now...2013. This BV is from March 2009. Hannah didn't even work in 2009.
Oh yeah...it's Elizabeth Berkley. She was starting to get gigs again (decent ones), all the way up until 2009. Then it's been completely dead for her. She was definitely a D list actress.
Diane never did anything about his prior cheating because he used to beat the shit out of her on a regular basis. I really hope she is completely done with him.
