No snark?
RIP
Never quit quitting! RIP
No kidding, FSP. This has to be a new Enty.
Sad in life, sad in death. RIP.
She is just about my age. I celebrated 17 years of sobriety yesterday. I wish I could share the gift of sobriety with everyone who needs it. This makes me sad.
Congratulations, Carolyn! It really is a gift..I cannot recommend it enough!
Congratulations, Carolyn! That's a huge accomplishment!
I read that she went into rehab less than a week ago because she wanted to get clean, Her heart just couldn't take it.
Agree..RIP Lisa
How sad. May she rest in peace.
Congratulations, Carolyn!
Do they know the exact cause of death yet? Here she checks herself into rehab to get better and healthy, and dies in her sleep.
Congratulations Carolyn!!!
My favorite character in the 70s Show, rest in peace. Substance addiction is a seriously frustrating and eventually heartbreaking thing to watch.
Congratulations, Carolyn! That's to be celebrated!
I saw this yesterday and her mug shot was next to it. It looked like a Faces of Meth article. Sad.
I have a feeling we are gonna get some reveals about her this weekend...
she was in rehab for alcohol addiction and died from a cardiac arrest in her sleep a few days after checking in. Detoxing from alcohol is dangerous.
My uncle died in rehab of an overdose.
i cut back on drinking because as I grow older the hangovers became unbearable and a waste of time/energy etc. I limit myself to 4 or 5 pints of beer a couple of times a week---and some people consider that too much. How much does a person have to drink to be in THAT condition?
Very sad that it happened while she was fighting to get clean.
Very sad, I've always felt bad for her because after being fired from the show, her life just seemed to go downhill

Made me feel sad about her ex-husband beating her to get her money. Very sad story. I'm glad she died peacefully at least. RIP
Derek: her demon wasn't only a pint or two of cider : she was into harder, less legal things as well.
It is just a matter of sad timing. She made the decision to get clean again just a little too late and it does seem like the detox process is very hard on the body. Most people do get violently ill.

To Carolyn, 17 years, god bless and one day at a time. Amen
Thanks everyone. I am not sure why some make it and some don't. I meant what I said that I wish I could share it with everyone who needs it. I was lucky to have a phenomenal support system. I think so many people who don't make it are surrounded by enablers. I was lucky that I was not.
