I don't think you can inhale capsules.
You are never to old to be doing drugs. In fact, I think I should probably be doing more of them. Wine is not a cure all.
And maybe it was poppers. If my foggy memory serves me correctly, they were in a capsule you broke open and sniffed.
It definitely means poppers. They're known as a gay party drug and would be totally on brand for Andy Cohen.

Ugh. I did that in my high school art class. Felt like my head was a cartoon and it gave me the worst headache.
Capsules ? Poppers were and still are in bottle form with a screw on cap. Also as a form of sexual stimulant I’ve only read about them though .
