Blind Items Revealed #3

August 30, 2018

There is a battle going on that is much more vocal than it used to be about charging this former A list dual threat actor with murder. It used to be 90/10 for no, but now it is closer to 50/50 in the DA's office. Apparently the only thing really holding back any charge is the case will be really expensive to prosecute and it is really difficult to weed out the credible statements and facts from people and the conspiracy stuff.

Robert Wagner/Natalie Wood

For once I want to applaud the Enquirer for at least trying to keep this investigation alive all these years. They have a lot more of a voice than Lana Wood ever had. Maybe justice can eventually prevail here. But I bet he kills himself first if he sees the walls closing in.

It's not easy to prosecute a case without a smoking gun, but Vincent Bugliosi did it in Til Death Us Do Part, which describes how he led an investigation that sent two murderers to jail based on circumstantial evidence.

It seems that all the actions that the killers THOUGHT would be signs of innocence were so far removed from what innocent people actually do, that their actions indicated their own guilt to the jury.

Of course, Robert Wagner will always have that asterisk (*) beside his name, with a footnote accusing him of foul play in the death of Natalie Wood.

Tricia, it is nice to have you back. Someone mentioned that you were on a podcast yesterday. If true, could you please post a link to it? Thanks

There are no statute of limitations for murder. Let the old SOB know that he will be remembered as a murderer

I don't believe the ever evolving story of the boat captain. Considering how much alcohol was consumed by EVERYONE on board that night (yes the captain too), I don't see how it is possible to get to the bottom of this incident. Personally I believe she was quite drunk herself and fell off the boat.

Where of my taxpayer money. Try solving other crimes that remain unsolved because they are not rich and famous

I'm with SD Auntie on this one. Where I live, they don't even investigate burglaries any more - just give you a form to fill out. The same for car thefts, shoplifting, etc. If funds are limited, they should be used investigating current crimes, not something that happened in the Reagan administration.

It's probably not worth the time, money, effort or mediagasm that would accompany the trial. Wagner's been outed, disgraced, ruined, his legacy forever inimitably tarnished and no one will be able to watch his movies or TV shows in the future. A few years after his death, no one will remember him and it will be as if he was no longer here. Natalie Wood's best classic films, however, will last forever.

“Call your first witness for the prosecution.”

“Thank you your honour.” “Mr. Walken, did the defendant purposefully allow his wife to drown?”

“Of cooourse ¯\_(ツ)_/¯”

“No further questions your honour...”

Let's not forget that Robert Wagner, Natalie Wood and their children are actually an obsession of "Himmmm". He claimed to be great friends with Natasha Gregson Wagner a few years ago. Under his real name, he had pictures of his "pal" Courtney Brooke Wagner on his MySpace page (but they were actually generic pictures lifted from another website). "Himmmm" is totally mad about Wood's death and would do nearly anything to put the blame on Robert Wagner. That wouldn't surprise me if he had written the recent blinds, uncredited.

There has always been a problem with the credibility of the captain Dennis Davern. The smoking gun is most definitely Chris Walker .

And "Let's not forget that" Angela is the least trustworthy shill to ever shill his shillingness on this site.

Aren't you supposed to ignore me? Is it a thing like the diet after the holidays, where people make it for two days and then give up? Don't you have a "Hang in there, Baby!" poster with the kitten to motivate you harder?

Just a reminder. Contrary to anything you write, all of this is actually well documented.
"Himmmm" in 2012 posted in the comments the landline phone number of Natasha Gregson Wagner (which was apparently in the white pages), to "prove" that he knew her well and wished her the best. Even if it was completely idiotic (he deleted this a few hours or days later), some people saw it as confirmation that he was indeed RDJ.

Talley Griffith still has a MySpace page (that was active around 2005-2007) featuring candid pictures of Courtney Brooke Wagner, but actually lifted from other pages:

(There was a fourth one, that he took down)

Murder? Please. I doubt he murdered her. Was he complicit? Probably. Good life lesson though - don't go on a boat if you can't swim and don't get so drunk you can't save yourself.

Also, Robert Wagner is 88. Even if they tried to press charges on him, as the blind claims, he's able to pay good lawyers, who could easily delay a trial for three or four years. If he's still alive at the time, of course. And what jury decide to throw a 91-year-old man in jail based on memories from 40 years before, with most of them being public for a long time?

That's another reason for which the blind makes no sense. These are just the divagations of some guy who hates Robert Wagner to his guts, wished him to go to jail, and made up an entire story about an investigation supposedly reopened for good. In that context, this new blind item is intended to cover the guy's ass, as nothing happens, contrary to his previous claims, and nothing will happen. If confronted with the actual situation, the guy will be able to explain that he was pretty sure at the end that the DA's office would decide to kill the charges even if they know he did it. While you never heard an official statement from the DA's office.

That's actually how you work on fake stories and create a final update for them. In your words, the stories weren't just a series of pointless accusations that never materialized. You repeat that everything inside them was true, but that the situation has changed in the meantime, which is why the outcome you originally predicted can't happen anymore. You never brought one piece of evidence, but people have to trust your word.
