There was no reason for Mel B to announce her so called Treatment to the world before she's even had it. These days celebs "getting help" seems to consist of two weeks of some kind of drug rehab, dressed up as mental health therapy, then it's back to business as usual.
If you're really serious about changing, imo you don't shout it from the rooftops.
