Pretty sure he's going to be paying her anyway to keep quiet if they break up. Unlicensed beards, don't do it.
Does he have a rep for being cheap? If so this might not be the best route.

Wouldn't the terms of the contract cover things like how much money she would get and that she can't disclose the nature of the agreement etc?
