No, and neither is nick. He hasn't had a hot song since 2015/16.
Nick is stupid. Since "dating" Poopyanka in May, he released two songs, and neither charted on the Hot 100. His career hasn't gotten better. His last nine singles all didn't chart into the top 40. Flop! As far as his parents, they're those types who hope that ugly old whore will turn him straight. But if she or a man was Catholic, they'd be pissed.
So because Poop-yanka is on the cover of Vogue, their parent company Conde Nast gave Nick GQ most stylish. It was only am Instagram vote though, and it seemed rigged because he was neck with The Rock. Poop and Nick were paid to do wedding photos for Vogue also.
