Geez, did Emilie hook up with your boyfriend/man enty? Why do you hate her so much?
She made the list of 100 most influential so why would she have to pay

Here comes enty again.... The main actress from one of the biggest TV shows of all time couldn't POSSIBLY be there on her own accord. Eyeroll city.
you know, honestly? i used to like her so much.
but after all the interviews i've seen, she just rubs me the wrong way. and her character has totally changed in Season 8. she has this ultra-smugness on her face and i just don't care for it.
that being said, i hardly think she would have to "pay" her way into anything (right now).

I don't hate her, she just doesn't have anything going for her and there are actresses more deserving of some of the ridiculous breaks she's gotten---and squandered.
Of course wish her well health-wise.
But it's hilarious to see her imbecile fans come in here and go nuts.

She has two movies coming out this year but okay.. and excuse me "one of the main" actors on the show. She has a significant amount of screen time and has been on all 8 seasons, which many have not. I don't think ANYONE on one of the biggest syndicated television shows of all time will have trouble getting into events right now.
The rub isn't with Emelia specifically but with ENTY picking and choosing who he "exposes" based on personal vendettas. It's a pretty clear pattern who he likes and dislikes not just with her.
Emilia doesn't need to pay. As you said she is A-List
She gets a pass due to her health issues, it's a miracle she can even remember her lines.
It doesn't say pay cable show, so it's either an oversight on the description, or not Emilia Clarke.

@ nothisagain - like Huckleberry said it's either an oversight or not Emelia but take a look at the red carpet photos and let me know what other actors/actresses from a soon to be defunct show are there. Not seeing anyone else from a soon ending show cable or paid.
S.s.-- I guess I'll qualify as an imbecile fan of Emilia Clarke, then...in that, I love the show, have never seen her be anything but good-natured and funny in interviews. Have never seen her other roles.
This is where I'll go nuts, bc logically, I just dont get it. This is a globally huge show, now with only four episodes left. The hype has been enormous. I would think WhiteWalker #368 would be getting invites and free meals over the next few months, and yet, the Stormborn, Mother of Dragons (now Nephew Boinker!) is having to pay for press and party invites? I would think she's one of the top five "gets" for press and attendance to anything at this point. Does she have a crap publicist, bc I would think people would be paying/gifting her for her attention during this stretch.
And, I would have this opinion for any of the top ten cast members, at least, but only one of the primary ones keeps getting mentioned. I dont get it.🐉❄👑

Y'all are just inferring this is negative or guess it DOES take a negative slant. You think everyone at that event got comped getting there or being there? Huh? Sure there were others invited or attended on their own dime. If you are 'invited' then maybe you might pay your own way. Everyone thinks Enty hates her. Maybe Enty just has the inside track on her in particular? Kinda depends on his sources, doesn't it?

Time isn't even a real magazine anymore nor is their "Top 100" thing real. Everyone on it pays to be there.
Kiki71-- I, for one, actually am not slagging on Enty for picking on her, he's the messenger. Im questioning the way the press/publicity world within these blinds, that I assume are about her, operates. It genuinely doesn't make sense to me.

Got to say I don't understand the Emilia hate, I don't think she's an amazing actress or a terrible one.She kept quiet about her health problems for several years so I wouldn't say she's exploiting it. I find plenty of other people way more annoying than her, so I really don't get it.
