One day she's screeching about having gone blind, the next day she's publicly declaring that Eddie Murphy was her soulmate and one true love. Girl is such a dumpster-fire, I'm getting whiplash trying to keep up.
She went blind? That shit's funny right there. I assumed she was already blind based upon how she sometimes wears her hair...not to mention her choice of men.
No offense, Mozart, but "keeping up" with Mel B is no way to live your life.
What drug causes blindness? Cracked induced haze, Meth cataracts or heroin glaucoma?? Strange!
Why does she dress so whorishly for a family show?
Whoa! I guess Mel B, it is! I would definitely consider temporary blindness a terrifying, albeit lucky, wake up call.
Ive heard of the ol' hysterical blindness, but dont know of blindness caused by a specific drug. Given the revisionist statement regarding the relationship with Eddie, it might just be a sign of her brain short-circuiting.

I don't think that's how drugs work ...
If you drink the wrong kind of alcohol (ethyl?) it can make you blind but I think that's permanent.
It is a risk of making your own moonshine and the mark of an alcoholic who makes terrible choices.
But I thought it was permanent (?)

@Jon, let's see. When 2 people love each other they sometimes sit in places which are, lets just say not conventional sitting places! And boom, heloooo herpes!
I was diagnosed with m.s. after I went blind...it could explain how crazy shes acting? I was a fucking nightmare before my diagnosis.
Ethanol does make you blind permanently, yes but experienced moonshine makers throw that shit away. Alcoholics usually don't make moonshine because a) it takes MONTHS and b) they wouldn't have the patience to go through all of the safety procedures and learn what is and isn't drinkable, what can be used in a re-run and what could actually kill you. They would likely chug the lot (if they even got to the distillation process).
