Why would he think that would make a difference in public opinion? I don't think it would in the least bit. It might just make people start to remember the nastiness in the first place, rather than feeling sorry for him.

The accusers mom is a big mouth local news talking head. Its not that hard to deduce the identity already. Spacey is a creep, i know personally. Its been common knowledge he hit on a ton of guys for decades. Assault is different and i dont know this story.

I know Spacey personally as well and have had drinks with him on several occasions, I personally have always liked him and his work. I have never seen him behave inappropriately or heard any stories prior to all the me too stuff. It still doesn’t change my opinion of him as a person or an artist. I think he’s talented and I have never seen or experienced any personal behavior I found to be even close to being inappropriate. There are very very talented people in this world, geniuses even, who are just completely fucked. Amazingly talented but just fucked. Read about writers and artists from the renaissance or the midevil periods...tale as old as time. If Kevin is guilty I hope his victims get the help and the justice they deserve and that Kevin gets the help he needs as well.

I know him too and know a lot of the dudes he hit on in London and some in LA. All of them were generically hot dudes in their 20's and 30's, the ones who were not interested told him so and he backed off and the ones who were down were down. He's definitely... voracious but I never saw evidence of anything predatory or anyone underage being involved.
