Definitely Vicky. The OC was the very first Housewives franchise and she was in that first group of women. BH didn't come till a few years later.

Since there are stories today about bravo fans petition to get rid of Kyle Richards I don't think this is much of a mystery.
Why do they want rid of Kyle?
I think she's a founder of the show.
Bravo doesn't seem to get rid of those. Nene, Whitney from SC, I dunno why.
Sam- LVP fans started petition because of this season's fighting. I don't think this is the first petition of this type involving fans of feuding housewives.
