What network reality star who is now on a different show than the one he is usually on was all set to come out of the closet this year until the Oscar winning mogul and collector of women told him to stay in the closet because he still wants him to star in the Broadway musical version of that classic movie musical he's bankrolling (which I'm still confused as to why they're doing it at all, because it flopped bad in its previous Broadway incarnation several decades ago). Hence the beard/fake girlfriend popping up out of nowhere. l predict he'll come out by the end of the year

Why would being gay affect your popularity on Broadway? That is like saying tall black guys aren't popular in the NBA.
Enty's Comments about the play flopping several decades ago are funny.I know I'm not alone, Derek's fans are more in the closet than he is . Someone tell him to tell Weinstein to stick it,I hardly think anyone will faint at the thought of a dancer choreographer being gay.
a lot of broadway actors have dreams of acting outside of broadway and becoming famous actors or whatever (look at darren criss) so they know being out would jeopardize them being cast in international hits or as the hearthrob/action star because of close-minded homophobes all around the world. if its a risk to revenue, they dont take the risk. its stupid...but western worlds are so much more enlightened and accepting...you can get killed for being gay in a lot of places. studios only care about the $$$$$$
