Leo has won an Oscar but I don't think he's considered perma A+ list. I know he's done coke in the past though.

I'd definetely consider Leo permanent A+ list. I mean, it's been 20 years since he starred in one of the most successful movies of all times and he's made a ton of hugely successful movies since. If that doesn't make you permanent A+, what does?
Enty usually doesn't refer to him as permanent A+, though, but 'A+ list mostly movie actor'.
Depp is usually referred to as 'former A+ list actor' or 'A+ list actor turned A/A- lister'.
Leo is the "king of the world" too, and an oscar winner.

And yes, Leo is definitely permanent A list by now. He has been in SO many excellent movies over 20 years and has been nominated for an Oscar at least 3x before he finally won.
I can’t say any names but I was at this club also and let me tell you it was a great time. The coke and booze flowed and the girls were eager to please. No scandle here, just guys having a good time.

However... what i find extremely annoying is the Hypocrisy shared by many when it comes to: "Himmmmmm".
Whether it's ROBERT DONWNEY JUNIOR (RDJ) or it's a Combo of 4 different people... that does not matter.
What matter's is this person is an INSIDER who lives the SICK CODE of Hollywood everyday. Participates in their IMMORAL acts, enables... endorses and promotes things that are Disgusting.
Every now and then ... "Himmmmm" Posts some useless Feel Good story that commentators gush over: ie: "Awe ... he is so sweet & kind. He put a sweater over that girl who was crying outside the awards show. How totally awesome of him!"
