Her ex is suing her for not setting up the kids trust in violation of the divorce agreement. I'd image her whole family is pretty pissed at her right now....
You can either raid a trust or not set one up but I'm unclear on how one can do both.
Yep, and off to rehab again so she can avoid the RHNY reunion taping and talking about it. This sheds more light on why she married Tom even though he was a serial cheater. Girl needs to pull her head out of the sand and face her problems.
She never set up the trust as agreed upon in her divorce to the Count. Then sold off the large family house in the Hamptons to buy a smaller one for herself.
And she just went back to rehab!
Every time I haven't heard of someone "all of you know", I feel happy. Especially since it seems about 96.5% of them are reality "stars".

She covered up how trashy she is for a long time.
She's selling her house in the Hamptons because she's "too famous." Hahahaha, the Hamptons are 75% made up of people more famous than she is. Then she's buying in the Catskills for "peace," and not because she can buy a house for 1/10 the price of her Hamptons house.
@tiny, you know, I've met real housewives in New York and none of them acted like how these b!tches are described. ;)
