Almost certainly Mel B. but to be different Shakira. Not sure Gwen Stefani was A.
Gwen most certainly was A list for YEARS. But not foreign born.
Shakira is still A list, especially in Spanish. She's on a world tour right now. She can't be wasted, lol.
Mel B is as rough as old boots. Not sure why she is still relevant unless she occasionally sleeps with Simon Cowell. However, even he usually has standards.
