Enty, there is no such thing as a "former convict". If you have been convicted and you have done time in prison for a felony or a federal offense, you will always be a convict.
PapaD served 2 weeks for a trumped up charge. He was illegally spied on by dirty FBI and will likely be vindicated once the declass happens.
