Blind Item #13

There will be an appeal of the decision today. An appeal to people more politically malleable. Today's result is not the final result.

@Thorne
not true - Barr was the headmaster who retired from the Dalton school BEFORE Epstein was there
why do TDS idiots have to make sh!t up?
tick tock hillbots

If Epstein gets bail....blood will run in the hallways of his mansion

"Epstein is old buddies from way back with Barr's father." end quote by Thorne.
Epstein first worked as a teacher at Dalton School "after" the Summer of 1974

Headmaster of the Donald Barr resigned in the Srping of '74 due to assholes like Jerry getting a job.

They never even met because he was out last day of school. Our globalist pedophile slave trading blackmail artist was the first hire after Mr Barr quit.

Pedo-protectionist like you is why Global Pedophiles own Pedowood.

Epstein and/or El Chapo. Their Clinton privilege will kick in

Trapped said...

He’s not naming anyone, he will be found hung in a jail cell
The powers to be won’t allow him to run around in this climate in history, no way at all

Collateral Justice said...

I hope New Mexico Human Trafficking task force can arrest him in NYC Court before he can crack a smile while leering with malicious intent.
Then there is Florida and the DNC vote rigging State who have a "show" investigation.
- laugh and point - ┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐
Don't forget Little Saint James and his neighboring Big Saint James second compound of horrors. That a secondary crime scene under International treaty that falls under US occupied Admiralty Laws.

Can we say High Crimes & Misdemeanors with a shit load of Treason?

MeliticusBee said...

@Trapped
Thing is it doesn't matter what he does or does not say
they have all the evidence
thing was to get him out of the way so that he can't continue to meddle and order action (hide and hit)

This has never been about what they don't know or finding information...it has been about what they DO know and finding someone to do something about it.
That is what has taken so long...clearing out the corruption.

Simon said...

He’s not getting out. Too much on the prosecution side to ever let him out.

Collateral Justice:
As per 10/28/ 2002 New York Magazine article, “Jeffrey Epstein: International Moneyman of Mystery” by Landon Thomas Jr., “Born in 1953 and raised in Coney Island, Epstein went to Lafayette High School. According to his bio, he took some classes in physics at Cooper Union from 1969 to 1971. He left Cooper Union in 1971 and attended NYU’s Courant Institute, where he took courses in mathematical physiology of the heart, leaving that school, too, without a degree. Between 1973 and 1975, Epstein taught calculus and physics at the Dalton School.”

On February 20, 1974, Gene I. Maeroff of the New York Times penned the following report, “Barr Quits Dalton School Post, Charging Trustees’ Interference”

“Donald Barr, the controversial and outspoken headmaster of the Dalton School, one of the city’s largest and most selective private schools, has resigned in protest of what he considers the trustee’s interference with his leadership.”

edasm said...

How is he still alive?

AbbyRock said...

@Thorne, Donald Barr was headmaster at the Dalton school when Epstein was hired in 1974. FFS, that doesn't mean they had a close relationship.
Barr resigned in 1974.

Simon said...

Not sure any judge wants to be the one who released Jeffrey Epstein. He previously threatened witnesses.

NotTonyAtlas said...

I'd be surprised if he wanted bail. it seems like a lot of folks would want to ensure that he stays quiet.

HeffalumpsAndWoozles said...

@cc423

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Epstein#Career

Barr quit the spring of 1974, and Epstein started teaching fall of 1974.
They were never there concurrently.

MountainMama said...

I was a bit surprised that he didn't get bail. Half of me expected it but since he is being tried in NYC at that particular court I should have had more faith. I don't feel they ever would have busted those doors down if they did not have all the evidence needed to make this stick.

Valorious said...

That's a valid possibility...

Saw a headline that all charges were dropped against Spacey because "the accuser is unavailable."

Hope that does not mean they disappeared. Or...*were* disappeared.

Me Again said...

@Tricia.....your first comment made me think you worshipped Tom Hiddleston. Ha. But you corrected.

Leslie said...

Does "politically malleable" refer to the politicians who were being blackmailed? I bet if Epstein, Wexner, or the CIA said jump, over half of DC would say, how high. No wonder the world is falling apart.

shakey said...

Samantha, the kid's phone was handed over to police (after Mom deleted some content - probably pictures of underage drinking) who conveniently lost it.

Aquagirl said...

He won’t get out on bail. If he’s found hanging in his cell, oh well, no tears from me.

Aquagirl said...

@Samantha: The defendant in Spacey’s case didn’t want to testify. Also, evidence was erased from his phone (probably by his mommy), and since that was the key evidence in the case, there really is no case.

fuzzygalored said...

@samantha the victim refused to testify under oath in court. either the kid was badgered by Spacey's people to shut him up or maybe he got paid off?

Samantha the 1st said...

fuzzy - per the blinds here, and common sense, I think the complainant was terrified of proceeding.

Aqua - sure, he began the proceedings, then abruptly changed his mind for no reason whatsoever.

And yeah, obviously, if they won't testify the case falls apart; that's why people tamper with witnesses. Just saying. Allegedly. In a hypothetical situation.

Samantha the 1st said...

shakey - sad isn't it??

If Epstein makes it out of this unscathed (or with another "sweetheart deal") then everyone will lose all faith in the judicial system.

Anomalocaris said...

@Aquagirl - If he's found hanging in his cell I wouldn't be so sure it was suicide. He has dirt on way too many people in very high places. It would also prevent the world from learning about his CIA and/or Mossad connections.

emeraldcity said...

I think at this point Epslime would be safer in jail. Too easy to be suicided if your on bail.

Aquagirl said...

@Samantha: HE didn’t start the proceedings, his mother did. We have never seen him nor heard him speak during this whole case. His case was very weak: he approached Spacey, lied about his age, gave Spacey his phone number, accepted numerous drinks (8-10) from Spacey...what did he think, Spacey wanted to be BFF’s? He could’ve left at any time, but didn’t, until someone told him to. If someone touches me without my permission, I tell them to get their fucking hands off of me. But he supposedly SnapChatted his gf while Spacey had his hand down his pants? Umkay. I think he didn’t want to testify because there’s no way he would’ve won. And he probably would’ve committed perjury. This whole case was driven by his mother, not him.

Could Spacey have paid him off? Maybe. But the fact is that evidence was erased from his phone.

Thorne said...

Nice try. Epstein taught at Dalton 73-75.

Samantha the 1st said...

Aquagirl - if he wanted to not be too visible, having his mom be the one to do the necessary things could be one option. I didn't know you were privy to their private chats or on who wanted justice more. Regardless, a case was brought.

Why are you saying his case was weak? I hope playing devil's advocate.

"If someone touches me without my permission, I tell them to get their fucking hands off of me."

Seriously? Not only disparaging the victim but now apologia?

Many SA victims freeze, spin it in denial in the moment...I'm trying not to let you push my buttons here.

"he supposedly SnapChatted his gf while Spacey had his hand down his pants?"

In other words: "HELP." Not a whole lot of insight into victimology in your comment.

Victims can do weird things. It's one reason rape is difficult to prosecute and only 3 percent of rapists are jailed.

I'm not going to get personal with this, i. e. ask you anything or give any anecdotes. But, people's minds disassociate during trauma. They can forget 911. They might just push the contact number of whatever trusted person came to mind.

"I think he didn’t want to testify because there’s no way he would’ve won."

And you don't KNOW, any more than anyone else does. But many victims talk about trials as being worse trauma than the assault, or as re-victimizing them.

Once the evidence *was erased* which should be a big effin CLUE here, to what went on...then all they had to do was intimidate the witness/victim.

"And he probably would’ve committed perjury. This whole case was driven by his mother, not him."

Specious accusation.

Why is it the people who cry "Evidence, Evidence! False allegation!" Never apply to the accusers when accusing them of lying? False allegations are crimes, so is perjury, but you had no trouble accusing the victim throughout your comment.

Done, I won't reply to your bait in this topic, any more.

Whatever happened to that blind about the trafficking out in the desert? Wanna say it was like in Arizona or NM. Was Epstein involved with that? Many said the compound was related to Best Friends Animal Society (which actually was a company formed over an infamous 1960s cult, The Process Church of the Final Judgment). Weird bunch...they worshipped four "entities": Satan, Lucifer, Jehovah and Jesus.

Wish someone could quicklink those blinds. Too lazy to search them myself lol.
