I think so. IIRC a blind claims she married Birdman so she wouldn't have to testify against him (Spousal privilege).

OKay - "with" as in, together, i.e. they swing as a couple or team. I guess "swingers" sometimes both swing and sometimes not. Or they both to to the swaps parties but don't watch each other. But others go and also participate together.
