Aren't most of these shows getting canceled? What schools would want their students attending his concerts given there might be violence attempted on him like a couple of times before.
Rihanna forgave him for beating her into a pulp. So who are we to judge?
A good number of the women in those shelters would love to see Chris Brown, meet him and even groupie for him. That's why they are in shelters.
J, the law is now that whether or not the DV victim presses charges, a crime still occurred, and LE must prosecute.

Victims have been brainwashed into forgiving anything and worshiping abusive men. It usually began in childhood.
