I have no sympathy for anyone who sends nudes and then they are leaked. YOU CAN'T TRUST ANYONE. Breakups happen, and people get nasty. The ONLY way to be 100% sure you will not have your pics/videos leaked is to NOT TAKE THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
