They also signaled to all actresses that complaining will get you nowhere and that if you do speak up, you won't work like you did before the complaint. Nothing has changed. It is all talk.

Her accusations were unsubstantiated. There was no wrongdoing. Just because she said something happened doesn’t mean it did. And the company did do a thorough investigation
Check Afton's posts on her Instagram - that looks like some paranoid bullshit to me. She accuses her babysitter, her parents, the people she went to drama school with, the hair lady on The Rookie, all her past boyfriends... I never bought her accusations and neither did the producers.
